About Rachel
Rachel’s work is inspired by her love of the natural world, with a particular passion for seascapes, landscapes, dramatic skies and evocative reflections. Her detailed paintings of the South Wales coastline, often featuring her trademark pebbles, aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia and treasured memories.
Born and raised in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Rachel is a self-taught artist now living in Cardiff with her husband and four children. Alongside exhibiting her work, she is the founder of Paint Out Loud, hosting Paint Along Events across South Wales, including monthly classes, private parties and corporate painting socials.
