Family Paint Alongs

Bring your family and friends to paint along together in a casual environment. Chat away while you learn simple techniques through a step-by-step tutorial from Cardiffs Local Artist Rachel Rasmussen. Adults and children create the same picture by learning different techniques of how to paint using various materials. All materials will be provided, all you have to do is turn up and remember most importantly, to have fun!

No experience is necessary, it’s designed for all abilities!

The Finer Details

Note: Family Paint Alongs are recommended for 5 years and up but not limited to. All children must be accompanied by a paying Adult.

What to expect in your Family Paint-Along Experience.

On arrival you will be allocated your table. Once seated, in front of you will be materials. These include, your paint board and painting surface, your paint palette with 5 colours (Red Yellow, Blue, White and Black), a water pot, paper towels, masking tape and 3 brushes.

Finally, not forgetting your smiles and bundles of enthusiasm during the Paint Along, you will follow Rachel in the Step by step Tutorial. You may surprise yourself or be totally confident of the outcome what ever your level of experience, its for all abilities where you then get to rip that masking tape off and take home with you your fantastic finished painting! Wahoo!
