Party and Paint Alongs

Join friends or family in Cardiff and surrounding areas to have a go at painting a step by step tutorial in a casual environment. Why not grab some drinks and discover your inner creative beast whilst learning different techniques of how to paint. You never know this could be the start of a new hobby or even a chance to get to know one another in a different light. All materials will be provided, all you have to do is choose the date, gather your friends, and get painting!

Paint Along Parties

Have you been looking for a new activity to do with your friends? Maybe you are planning a unique hen do. Why not do a paint along party? In the comfort of your own home, and the surroundings of all your friends, this activity is sure to be remembered for years to come.

Afterwards you'll have a beautiful painting to hang in your house to make you smile and remember the fun you had.

How Does it Work?

Once you've picked a date and a location, all you have to do is gather your friends. We'll get together and spend 90 minutes painting, gabbing, and having fun!

What will we paint?

That is up to you. Is there something specific you'd like to paint; a place, a memory, favourite flower or animal? Get in touch and we can talk things through to cater to your specific party.

Materials

All materials will be provided. This includes

  • canvas or canvas paper (optional)
  • an easel or work flat
  • Acrylic Paints
  • Brushes
  • Water jars
  • Kitchen roll
  • Pencils
  • Paint palettes

You will need:

An apron or old clothing to avoid spoiling your outfit, should you be a messy artist!

Smiles and bags of enthusiasm!

How Much Does it Cost?

For a private event it would cost

£25 per person

minimum of 6 -10 people

This includes all materials, two hours of step by step tuition with time for individual guidance. This is for all abilities, new learners and experienced.

Who can paint?

Rachel's parties can also be catered to children's birthday parties.

The Children Birthday parties are age specified. Each are for 90 mins of tuition including all materials, for a minimum of 10 children.

5yrs+

'Handimals'- including all materials and step by step tutorial. £15pp

8yrs+

Paint along with more focus on detail. The options are Animals or Heroes and Princesses. (other options on request.) £18pp

12yrs+

Paint along using specific techniques and focus on detail. (a choice from seascapes or landscapes.) £20pp

Each child will leave with a finished painting to take home and a new skill to nurture.
